We have multi-location manufacturing facilities. Two of our units are located in Ankleshwar where we manufacture Dyestuffs, Pigments and Preparations. Our Resins and Polymer Emulsions are manufactured at two other sites which are in Mahape (Thane).
The plants are vertically integrated and is well equipped to handle various reactions like sulphonation, diazotization, halogenation, phosgenation, etc.
Our present capacities are as follows:-
- Dyestuffs: 5000 tons per annum
- Pigments: 4,000 tons per annum
- Pigment Preparations: 1,500 tons per annum
- Acrylic Emulsions: 2,000 tons per annum
Our Dyestuffs & Pigment Plants are ISO 9001: 2000 certified. All our manufacturing units and their attendant Quality Control laboratories are equipped with state of the art equipment and facilities. The company follows best practices in manufacture and our quality standards are comparable to the best in the industry.
We also have a large Research & Development facility created at Ankleshwar for Product Development which works in close conjunction with our customers in meeting their specific demands.
